Getting started
Kushi CRM is a sales workspace built around a visual pipeline — with a fast capture, velocity, and commerce layer on top. It works for two very different styles of selling, side by side:
- Pipeline selling — multi-touch, higher-value deals that move through stages (New lead → Proposal → Won).
- High-velocity / COD e-commerce — orders coming off ad traffic and landing pages that need to be captured, confirmed, and shipped quickly.
Core concepts
- Workspace — your company's account. Everything (contacts, deals, orders, staff) lives inside it. Staff are unlimited on every plan.
- Contacts & Companies — the people and organizations you sell to.
- Pipelines & Deals — your stages and the deals moving through them.
- Collections — flexible custom objects for lead types that don't fit the standard contact/deal shape. See Collections.
- Products & Orders — catalog, inventory, and COD fulfillment for commerce mode. See Orders & commerce.
Creating your workspace
Sign up at the signup page with your work email, confirm your address, and you're in. New workspaces start on a full-featured trial, after which you drop to the free Hustler plan unless you upgrade — you never lose data either way. See Plans & billing.
Bringing data in
- Manually — add contacts, deals, products, and orders directly in the app.
- CSV import — bulk-load contacts.
- Public API — push leads and orders straight from your website or landing page. This is the developer-facing part of Kushi, documented under API Reference.
