Welcome to Kushi Sales
Kushi Sales is an order manager for sellers who get paid on delivery. It keeps every order, every delivery agent and every naira they collect for you in one place, so you know what to call, what to send out and who still owes you.
The daily loop
Every cash-on-delivery sale goes the same way. Kushi is built around it.
- An order arrives. A buyer orders from your store link, or you type the order in while they are on the phone or in your WhatsApp chat.
- You confirm it by phone. Call the buyer before you send anything out. Unconfirmed orders are the ones refused at the door.
- You send it to an agent. Choose the delivery agent or rider in the buyer's state. The order moves to In Transit.
- The agent delivers. Mark the order Delivered, or Refused if the buyer said no.
- You collect the cash. The agent holds the money from each delivery. Kushi keeps a running total of what each agent owes you until you record the cash they send.

The core pieces

| Stock | What you have in the office, in transit and with each agent. Units leave your stock when an order is delivered. |
| Customers | Everyone who has ordered, matched by phone number, with a delivery record that warns you about buyers who often refuse. |
| Team | Logins for the people who call buyers and dispatch orders, each with only the access their job needs. |
Your trial and your plan
A new workspace gets a 14-day trial with Scale features. After the trial it moves to the free Hustler plan unless you pay for a plan. Nothing is deleted either way. Hustler includes 50 orders a month, 1 staff seat and 2 products, with unlimited delivery agents. See Plans and billing.

Good to know
- Kushi works on your phone. The tab bar at the bottom has Today, Orders, Customers and a New order button in the middle.
