Commerce mode turns Kushi into a fulfillment tool for COD (cash-on-delivery) physical-goods selling — the Salesgee-style flow, on top of Kushi's pipeline clarity.

Products & inventory

• Keep a catalog with price, cost, and stock levels.
• Low-stock items are flagged; cost vs. price gives you margin at a glance.
• Confirming an order deducts inventory automatically.

Orders

Create an order with a customer, phone, delivery address, line items, and an optional COD amount. Orders move across a fixed fulfillment board:

New Order → Confirmed → Rider Dispatched → Delivered → Failed/Returned

• Assign each order to a rep or rider.
• Track payment status (unpaid / COD / paid).
• The order dashboard summarizes total orders, pending, delivered, revenue, and low stock.

Capturing orders automatically

Point your landing-page checkout at the public API to create orders as they come in — each new order lands in New Order, ready to confirm and dispatch. Orders created per month are what your plan is metered on.
