Pipeline & deals
The pipeline is Kushi's heart: a visual board of stages with deals moving left to right toward a close.
Contacts & companies
- Contacts are the people you sell to; companies are the organizations they belong to.
- A deal is usually tied to a contact (and optionally a company), so you always have the who behind the what.
Pipelines & stages
- A pipeline is an ordered set of stages (e.g. New lead → Qualified → Proposal → Won / Lost).
- You can customize stages to match how your team actually sells.
- Deals in
Won/Lostare treated as closed and drop out of your "open deals" count.
Working deals
- Drag a deal between stages as it progresses.
- Each deal carries a value, an owner, and its history.
- Reports roll deals up into a funnel, win/loss, and a live forecast of what's likely to close.
From capture to pipeline
Leads captured via Collections or the public API can be promoted into a contact + deal, so high-velocity capture feeds directly into considered, tracked selling.
