Velocity & routing

When leads and orders arrive fast, they need to be triaged and routed to a rep instantly. That's what the velocity layer does — with zero external cost.

Per-collection statuses

Each collection defines its own status workflow — the states a record moves through. New records default to the first status. For orders, that's New Order; for a lead collection it might be New → Contacted → Qualified.

Auto-assignment (round-robin)

Turn on auto-assign for a collection and every new record — whether added in the app or pushed via the API — is handed to the least-loaded active rep. No lead sits unclaimed.

The velocity board

Each collection has a Board view — a kanban grouped by status where you can:

• Change a record's status or assignee inline.
• Multi-select records and bulk-update them in one go.

This keeps a high inflow of leads moving without opening each one individually.
